BCA Hons. is a 4-year undergraduate programme aligned with the Four-Year Undergraduate Programme (FYUGP) framework, offering multidisciplinary specialisations and flexible exit options. 

 

Course Overview & Duration

• Structure: Offered as a 4-year Honours degree (with options for standard 3-year exit or 4-year Honours with Research) under the MGU-UGP (Honours) framework. 

• Curriculum Design: Spans core computer applications, practical software labs, quantitative techniques, and professional electives like Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Full Stack Development. 

• Internship: Includes a mandatory 8-week (240 hours) summer internship after the fourth semester, evaluated during the fifth semester. 

 

Eligibility

Any student who has passed +2 in Science, Arts or Commerce securing a minimum of 40% of marks is eligible.
